My name is Sera Beth "SB"

With over 6,500 hours of instruction and a decade of teaching in Allegany County, SB has built a reputation as a skilled and compassionate guide. Sera Beth Grant is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), a Certified Meditation Teacher (I AM Yoga Nidra™), and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Penn State University.
